• A minimum $5.00 per ticket charge will be included in the price of the ticket if purchased on the same day as the show. Children under 12 may be allowed in for free on some events. Please contact the administration office for the policy on a specific event at (530) 743-5200.

• Items not allowed in this venue include: no professional cameras, audio and video recording devices, alcoholic beverages, camping chairs in carrying bags, laser pointers, and sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks & mace).
• Sleep Train Amphitheatre boasts a great variety of quality food choices to satisfy every guest's taste. Along with a wide variety of beers, wine and liquor are also served in specific locations.
• To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present valid photo identification and be at least 21 years of age.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Children three and under do not require a ticket.

• All events at Sleep Train Amphitheatre feature convenient on premise parking for a small fee included with the ticket purchase. Premier parking is available for $20.00.
• Sleep Train Amphitheatre is a $25 million state-of-the art concert facility serving the greater Sacramento Valley and all of northern California. The amphitheatre is an open-air music center, with 8,000 reserved seats directly in front of the stage and room for another 10,500 on the spacious Festival Lawn. The Amphitheatre features top-name entertainers and excellent sound, sightlines & video screens, ushering in a new dawn of live entertainment for the region.
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue. If you need assistance with any of the locations, please ask a staff member.
• Items allowed in this venue include: blankets, low-profile beach chair (less than 9'? off the ground), small bags or backpacks, small umbrellas, ponchos or rain coats, seat cushions, snack or picnic food in one clear plastic gallon size bag, factory sealed plastic water bottle (one liter or less), and one six-pack sized, soft-sided cooler. • There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• On-site medical assistance is provided by the volunteer doctors of Rock Medicine.

• Getting There From the North From the North: Take Highway 70 south. South of Marysville, stay to the left where Highway 65 and Highway 70 split. Follow Highway 65 to the left. Pass McGowan Pkwy. Exit Highway 65 on Forty Mile Rd. Amphitheatre is one mile down on your left. From Downtown Sacramento, Stockton, Davis: Take I-5 north to Hwy 99 North. Exit on Hwy 70 North. Approximately 12 miles past East Nicholas, Exit 70 to McGowan Pkwy, eastbound. Go less than one mile to Hwy 65 and head south one more exit. Exit Hwy 65 on Forty Mile Rd. Amphitheatre is one mile down on your left. From Reno, Roseville, N. Sacramento, Citris Heights: Take I-80 to Hwy 65 North. Follow through Lincoln, Sheridan, and Wheatland. Exit Hwy 65 on Forty Mile Rd. Amphitheatre one mile down on left. From the East: Take Hwy 20 west to Marysville and make left at Hwy 70. When Hwy's 65 and 70 split, stay to the left on Hwy 65. Pass the exit for McGowan Pkwy and exit to the right. The Amphitheatre is down on Forty Mile Road on your left.

• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted in the plaza areas-except for restroom buildings and tents.

• Will Call tickets are released two hours prior to show time. Please make sure to have valid picture identification in order to pick up your tickets.
• Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.
